Is Ram Myth and Ramayana a well-written Story?

Lots of Drama have happened in the Name of Ram. Thanks that I was in Bangalorem not watching News channels, not reading any news on this topic. But still I saw people talking on this topic. Today Morning, in Ramamurthi Nagar(irony), there was a street meeting. Rama's portraits, Sanskrit slokams and Big banners depicting the scene of "Construction of Ram Sethu" were all over there.

More than 50 people would have attended the meeting. Banners were in Kannada and in English. I took a moment and watched what was going on. Although speech was in Kannada, I could understand few things. The orator was challenging Tamil Nadu CM Karananidhi and DMK for MK's stand over the issue. He delivered the speech with great expression. 2+ for his Speech.

Getting Interested in the topic, I tried to get some information about it.

"Ramayana, according to the Hindu time calendar, is supposed to have taken place in Tredha Yuga (The ancient scriptures in Hinduism discuss about events in terms of Yugas (Time phases of evolution) numerically four namely Sathya (17,28,000 years), Tredha (12,96,000 years), Dwapara (8,64,000 years) and Kali (4,32,000 years)). The current phase according to the calendar is kali, out of which 5000 years are supposed to have passed by. This means that Ramayana, to have relevance with the bridge, should have taken place between 8,69,000 to 21,65,000 years back (between the time period 0.869 - 2.165 million years)."

Considering the Above information, Ramayana should have taken place between 8,69,000 to 21,65,000 years back. Now, there are lots of questions.

* Does Rama Lived before 8,66,000 before Indus Valley civilization ?

• The Period of Indus Valley Civilization is 3000–1500 BCE. source: wikipedia
• Sumar, Ancient Egypt and Indus Valley Civilization are considered to be among the first settled societies in the world to have manifested all the features needed to qualify fully as a "civilization". (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sumer).
• None of the above Civilization is as old as Ramayana.
• If Ram really existed, was there a Older civilization?

* Which Languange did Ram, Ravan and People of India spoke during this time?

• Sanskrit (oldest language of India) could be 1700 BC source: wikipedia
• Other Language like Tamil, Prakrit and Pali are also not old than 2000 BC.

* How Ram could learn Vedas?

• Vedas are written much later. Even the Rig Vedha was composed roughly between 1700–1100 BCE source: wikipedia

* How Ram could be a Kshatrya?

• These classification were done after Vedas. and so, was Ravana a Brahmin?
  

These is a perfect example for Anachronism. There are lot of other questions challenging the existence of Ram, Krishna and other Great Incarnations.
